• Quotations: Custom quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified

• Shipping costs will be calculated based on order size, weight, and destination
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery
• You must inspect products upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our paving tile products:

• Custom-manufactured or specially ordered products cannot be returned unless defective
• Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or product defect
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving returned products

7. Warranties and Liability

Citaja warrants that our paving tiles are manufactured to industry standards. However:

• We do not warrant that products are suitable for any particular purpose unless expressly agreed in writing
• Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or refund of the purchase price
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
